Steps to Successful Job Placement
- Prior to Jobmatch considering placement of a client with a prospective employer, our Employment Coordinators have already put clients through job preparation activities. Throughout this program, Employment Coordinators gain valuable knowledge about our client’s full abilities, thereby ensuring the best possible job match.
- Once we have identified a job vacancy, we will discuss the details of the job with the employer, and then draw up a job description. This may involve an Employment Coordinator actually working in the position for a short period of time, ensuring that we fully understand all of the necessary skills that you require to fill the job vacancy, to your satisfaction.
- Should you require, an Employment Coordinator can be present to assist the client in the interview process.
- On the commencement of your new employee, your usual training will apply. An Employment Coordinator will also be present.
